Prices
If you are not registered, prices are hidden. After registration you can see all the prices. All mentioned prices are EXW Prague, Czech republic, excluding the OTHER COSTS (transport, insurence, customs ect.) You can easily add the products into the shopping cart and we will calculate the other costs individually based to the location ect. Complete price including all related costs will be shown at the end of each purchase order confirmed by customer.
Delivery conditions
As soon as we receive your order we will contact you about the delivery time. If the goods is manufactured, the shipment may be sent almost immediately via the Czech Post for delivery or via DHL or EMS. If the goods is not manufactured we will inform you about possible delivery time.
Payment conditions
Payment is always in advance after the confirmed purchase order by customer. When customer order a large amout of goods (min. 10.000,- EUR) there is possibility to pay via following deposits.
Product policy
Glass is not suitable for boiling water, must not come into the contact with the water warmer than 65 degrees of Celsius. We recommand to wash the glass manually by hands, not in the dishwasher.

Seller declares that all personal information is confidential, will be used only for the execution of the contract with the buyer and will not be otherwise disclosed to any third party except in situations related to the distribution or payment for ordered goods.
